PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order Mirror Peekaboo Puzzles are expected to ship March 15-31, 2021.

Pre-Order Shapes and Circles Picture Puzzles are expected to ship April 1-15, 2021.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates Calculated Based On Your Location - All orders will have a calculated shipping rate based on your location.

Shipping Carriers - Familiar Faces Toys ships most items via USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays USPS may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.

Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).  

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

• Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.
